These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Trevor Jones - Travel Services ("Agency", "we", "us", or "our") and the client ("Client", "you", or "your"). By engaging our services and paying any deposit or fee, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. Agency Role and Third-Party Suppliers

Trevor Jones - Travel Services acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier travel providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and car rental companies ("Suppliers").

  • No Direct Provision of Services: We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of the travel services or products provided by the Suppliers.

  • Supplier Terms Apply: Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of each respective Supplier. We are not liable for any Supplier’s breach of contract, intentional or careless actions, omissions, or defaults.

  • Supplier Defaults: If a Supplier defaults prior to providing the service to you, your sole recourse for a refund shall be with the defaulting Supplier, from travel insurance, or from your credit card issuer.

2. Pricing, Deposits, and Payments

  • Pricing Fluctuations: Prices are not guaranteed until paid in full and ticketed or confirmed by the Supplier. Suppliers reserve the right to alter pricing, schedules, and itineraries at any time prior to final payment.

  • Payment Schedules: You must adhere to the deposit and final payment schedules dictated by the Suppliers. Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in the cancellation of your booking and the forfeiture of prior payments.

3. Cancellations and Changes

  • Supplier Penalties: All cancellations and changes are subject to the penalties outlined by the Suppliers. Many travel products, particularly airfare and promotional hotel rates, are 100% non-refundable once booked.

  • Agency Cancellation Fee: In addition to Supplier penalties, Trevor Jones - Travel Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation or revision fee to cover the administrative time required to process these changes on your behalf.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended. Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to trip cancellations, travel delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and supplier bankruptcies.

  • We strongly advise purchasing a comprehensive travel insurance policy to protect your investment.

  • Insurance Waiver: If you choose to decline travel insurance coverage, you will be required to sign a formal Travel Insurance Waiver acknowledging that Trevor Jones - Travel Services is not liable for any financial losses or damages incurred that would have otherwise been covered by an insurance policy.

5. Travel Documents and Health Requirements

  • Passports and Visas: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct travel documents. For international travel, a passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond your date of return is universally required.

  • Name Matching: The name on your travel bookings must match the name on your government-issued ID or passport exactly. Any name correction fees imposed by Suppliers are your responsibility.

  • Health and Entry Requirements: You are responsible for verifying and fulfilling all entry requirements for your destination, including visas, immunizations, and health screenings. We are not liable if you are denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

6. Force Majeure

Trevor Jones - Travel Services shall not be liable for any failure, delay, injury, property damage, or loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, war, terrorist activities, or civil unrest.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trevor Jones - Travel Services and its agents shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, loss of time, inconvenience, or incidental/consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the travel services booked through our agency. Your sole remedy for any defective service rests with the Supplier providing the service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State/Province of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Arkansas.

Acknowledgment By remitting payment for your travel arrangements, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
